In 30 minutes you can help people find their ancestors!
Since it takes 20 to 30 minutes to index a page (when clearly written) you can participate by donating a half hour a day, a week, or each month. So little time for such a great benefit.
Why is Indexing Important?
Volunteers extract family history information from digital images of historical documents to create searchable indexes that assist everyone in finding their ancestors. You do this by clicking on-time-only on the "Volunteer" button, and then on the "Begin Indexing" button.

We know one ward in Springville Utah that has 100 indexers and an annual goal to index 500,000. Another Stake we know indexed 125,000 and 200,000 arbitrated for one year. Some BYU stakes have a goal to index a million in a year; but another couple we know has the goal to index one million before the Second Coming. Work fast.
